Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This type is extracted from the first squeeze, featuring low acidity, as it does not exceed 0.7%, one of the most expensive and best types.

Virgin Olive Oil
It is extracted from the first squeeze as well and differs from the first type in acidity which is slightly more and reaches 1.5 or 2%.
It is noteworthy that this type is considered a favourite of importers.

Normal Olive Oil
This type is considered inferior and lighter quality than the previous two due to its refinery.
There are also lower-quality varieties of olive oil, but they are not suitable for export.
